Dee is a graduate of Burlington (NJ) County Institute of Technology’s Nursing Program. She has worked in the infertility field for more than six years and joined Servy Massey Fertility Institute in 2011. Dee works closely with our patients in the Atlanta office. She has also worked in hospice, assisted living and trauma centers.
Aprile Melton graduated from the Emory University School of Medicine, GYN/OB Nurse Practitioner program in 1977. She worked as a Pediatric Public Health nurse for fiveyears at the Medical College of Georgia. She then worked in women’s health for ten years prior to joining Dr. Servy’s Reproductive Endocrinology practice in 1989, twenty three years ago. She has been a member of the American Society for Reproductive
Medicine since joining Dr. Servy.
Susan West graduated from the Emory University School of Medicine GYN/OB Nurse Practitioner program in 1984. She provided women’s health care services in public health for eighteen years before joining Dr. Servy’s Reproductive Endocrinology practice sixteen years ago, in 1995. She is certified in Women’s Health by the National Certification Corporation.
She is a graduate of Leadership Aiken County and has served on several
community boards in Aiken County, South Carolina, including Habitat for Humanity and
Cities in Schools.
Beth Purvee graduated from Augusta State University in 2004 with a Bachelor’s of
Science. She has been with Dr. Servy for eleven years and is the Assisted Reproduction
Coordinator.
Gwen Battle is a graduate of Augusta Technical College in the Surgical Technology
and Medical Assistant programs. She is certified with the American Association of
Medical Assistants, where she is an active member of the local chapter. She has been a
member of the Servy Institute team for twenty-nine years as a surgical coordinator and
medical assistant.
Renee Koon has recently joined the SMFI team with eleven years of experience as a
donor coordinator. She has spent most of her time recruiting and coordinating egg
donors with their recipients, physicians, psychologist and lawyers.
Tonya Vance is certified as a Phlebotomist and Basic Radiology Technician. She has
been with Dr. Servy for ten years as a medical assistant.
