Dr. Edward Dourron leads Pathways Fertility to help people who are looking for an affordable fertility clinic. He brings vast experience in individualizing IVF treatment plans for patients through treatments such as Mini Stim IVF. He also specializes in minimally invasive robotic surgery for myomectomy, endometriosis, tubal ligation reversals, and surgical infertility. Dr. Dourron’s robotic surgical expertise allows Pathways Fertility to help our patients have a single provider who can meet their needs whether they need fertility surgery or fertility treatment. He is passionate about helping as many people as possible on their fertility journey, and as a native Spanish speaker, he provides an atmosphere for our Latino patients to feel at home.

Our founder, Dr. Joe Massey, was involved with Georgia’s first IVF birth in 1983, the first ICSI pregnancy and birth in the U.S. in 1993 and many other ground-breaking fertility firsts in his career. Several years ago, Dr. Massey decided he wanted to offer low cost infertility treatment, including IVF, so more people could afford infertility treatment in Atlanta and the region. Approximately 75% of people who need IVF cannot afford it. He wanted to help solve that problem so he co-founded Servy Massey Fertility Institute to offer affordable care.
In 2019, Massey Fertility joined Inception, whose mission is to shift the paradigm of the IVF market. In Georgia, like many states across the country, coverage for fertility testing and treatment is limited through insurance carriers and individual plans, leaving most patients with no or limited fertility coverage and few options to pursue their dreams of having a family without significant out-of-pocket costs. This partnership expanded our commitment to creating affordable access to fertility treatment. Massey Fertility, now called Pathways Fertility Atlanta, is the first clinic in a new network of clinics under the Inception family of companies that is committed to providing couples and individuals the chance to build their families through affordable, individualized and compassionate care backed by the latest science and technologies in reproductive medicine.
